Everyone driving one of the Switch EV electric cars will form part of the project by providing their feedback. We will have a series of questionnaires for completion, including assessing their perceptions and expectations of electric vehicles before driving them, asking a similar set of questions once they have had access to a vehicle for a short amount of time to see how this has changed, and again at the end of a 6 month trial.

We will also be holding more detailed focus group sessions to understand the reaction to the vehicles. The ultimate question we will seek to answer is whether electric vehicles can be incorporated into everyday use as a direct replacement for existing internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles.
