Research has shown that the reality of driving an electric car exceeds the expectation.

The Switch EV project will allow a large number of people and organisations to experience life with an electric car, but we also like members of the public and individuals unable to take a car for 6 months to experience driving electric.

A number of public test drive events will be held across the North East during the Switch EV project, and information will be on this website as well as in local press. If you would like to host a test driving event please contact us for more information.

Many of the dealerships who will be distributing electric cars will also be running test drives. Information will be updated to this website, and also on the One North East website.
